Your time at Amber & Clay is important to us, and we do our best to make every visit smooth and enjoyable.

 

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.

 

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment.
